We have all sorts of rodents in the valley. All cause a variety of damage, but we can control all of them! To name a few of the most popular rats and mice in the valley we have them listed down below. 

Roof Rats: These rats will get in your attics and hangout all over your property. They multiply quickly and live in large packs. These rodents will leave lots of droppings around your property and in your attic. They also leave dark brown stains on walls and areas they touch because they have oil on their tails. 

Pack Rats: Pack rats are solitary animals contrary to their name. They make their homes in a variety of cactus. Their homes become shelter for many other animals like rabbits and birds. You know you have pack rats if there is a large mound of debris surrounding a bush or cactus. 

Kangaroo Rats: These rodents are small in size with a long thin tail that has a small white fluff at the end. These rats get their name because they jump like a kangaroo to get around. They multiply very fast and make lots of holes on your property about an inch in diameter. They are very destructive and don't typically get into your house, but if not treated, they will destroy your yard. 

Mice: Mice are the least common rodent we encounter here in the valley, but they are destructive and leave lots of droppings about 1/8 of an inch in length. They are typically found in garages and inside homes and can be tricky to get rid of on your own.
